Is Flarion approved by the GFSC or JFSC?
No software is. Regulators do not approve or endorse vendors, and any vendor implying otherwise should worry you. Flarion is designed around the GFSC and JFSC handbooks, and your own policies and procedures determine your compliance. Our Due Diligence Pack supports your internal assessment and any regulator notification your process requires.
Where is our data hosted?
Your choice: Flarion managed hosting, your private cloud, or on-island and on-premises deployment where data stays in the Bailiwick. Hosting details are documented plainly in the Due Diligence Pack.
Which sanctions lists do you screen against?
OFAC, UN, EU and HM Treasury consolidated lists, with PEP flagging. Screening decisions and rationale are recorded on the file.
How does the AI handle our client data?
Transparently. The Due Diligence Pack documents exactly what is transmitted for document extraction and memo drafting, where it is processed and what retention applies, and private deployments can be configured to your data policies.
Can we really run it on our own hardware?
Yes. On-island and on-premises deployment is a first-class option, not an enterprise afterthought.
What does it cost?
It is on the pricing page. No calls required to learn a number.
We run everything on spreadsheets. How painful is migration?
Less than you think. Structures and parties import from CSV, documents upload in bulk, and AI extraction rebuilds records from the documents themselves. Most small firms are working in Flarion within days.

Do you support Jersey firms as well as Guernsey?
Yes. Risk factors and review logic are mapped for both GFSC and JFSC regimes.
